​I am a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach™, Pain Reprocessing Therapy Practitioner, and certified SSP (Safe and Sound Protocol) provider dedicated to helping you on your healing journey. Drawing on a diverse toolkit that includes Mindbody Medicine, Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, and somatic practices, I focus on supporting clients in regulating their nervous systems and reclaiming their lives.

My specialty lies in working with individuals facing chronic emotional and physical health challenges, where stress or trauma may be a key factor. I believe in providing a compassionate and understanding environment, equipping you with the education and resources you need to facilitate your own healing and growth.

Having personally overcome trauma and a debilitating illness that left me bedbound, I share my story to highlight the profound impact of this work. I walk alongside my clients as they navigate their recovery journeys, empowering them to achieve greater emotional, spiritual, and physical resilience.

My Journey to Healing

For over 12 years, I battled chronic fatigue syndrome and adrenal fatigue, navigating life with varying degrees of severity. Initially, I managed to maintain a job, friendships, and relationships, convincing myself I was "getting by." But eventually, the weight of it all became too much to bear.


I had never learned how to manage stress, set boundaries, or value myself. As a result, my body absorbed stress until it could no longer cope. The turning point came in December 2014 when a minor car accident sent my already fragile nervous system into a downward spiral. Within weeks, I found myself bedridden, unable to work or care for myself, and overwhelmed by a cascade of symptoms that left me confused and terrified.


The Symptoms I Faced:
•    Hypersensitivity to sounds, light, smell, movement, and more.
•    Digestive issues like gastroparesis and nausea.
•    Orthostatic intolerance and fainting spells.
•    Muscle and joint pain, constant twitching, and insomnia.
•    Severe fatigue, brain fog, and anxiety.
•    Panic attacks and suicidal thoughts.


Despite feeling completely out of control, I was determined to reclaim my health. My journey led me to explore countless healing modalities, investing thousands of dollars in treatments that didn’t always work. Over time, I shifted my focus from external fixes to internal healing. I recognized that early childhood trauma and chronic stress were at the root of my physical ailments.


While various physical interventions, such as nutritional support, diet changes, cavitation surgery and upper cervical chiropractic contributed to my healing, the most profound changes came from addressing my emotions and nervous system. Learning to resource myself, acknowledge my needs, set boundaries, and build my nervous system’s capacity has been transformative.
